Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we do not accept general returns.
We cannot accept returns for:
Used candles
Scent preference
Natural handmade variations (color, frosting, minor texture changes)
Items damaged due to customer misuse

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
Please email info@coastlyliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Coastly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, we can assist you in filing a USPS claim.
