We ship all orders from Upstate New York using USPS or UPS, depending on the safest and most efficient option for your location.

Processing Time

Each candle is made in small batches. Please allow:

2–4 business days for order processing

(longer during holidays, launches, and restocks)

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free shipping offers (if active) will be clearly displayed on the website.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery windows:

USPS First Class: 3–6 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or volume are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address.

Coastly is not responsible for:

Packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses

Reshipping fees for address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked delivered but missing:

1. Check with neighbors

2. Check alternate doors or mailrooms

3. Wait 24 hours — USPS sometimes scans prematurely

4. Contact your local post office
